Hi Sarah, great catching up today...

What makes it different
Not just faster. Actually smarter.
Speaks your language
Speak in Hindi, Hinglish, French, or whatever comes naturally. Sayona produces clean, professional English — or any output language you choose.
Knows where you're writing
Gmail gets proper email structure. Slack stays casual. LinkedIn gets hooks. Your words, the right format.
Learns your voice
Set your profession, add personal context, build a custom dictionary. The more you tell it, the more it sounds like you.
Follows your instructions
Say "make this shorter", "rewrite formally", or "write a follow-up email" — Sayona executes, right where you're typing.
No more second-guessing before you hit send
No drafting in one language and pasting into a translator. No re-reading the same message four times to check it sounds right. Say the thought once and send writing you'd be happy to have your name on.
What you can write
One voice. Every kind of writing.
Email, handled
Reply to a client, draft a cold intro, follow up after a call, in the time it takes to say it out loud.
"Reply to Sarah, the proposal lands Friday, and offer a call next week."
Posts that sound like you
Turn a rough thought into a LinkedIn post with your voice intact.
Slack & Teams
Fire back a clear update without breaking your flow.
Messages
Texts and WhatsApp replies that read like you, not a robot.
Notes & docs
Capture an idea before it's gone, or draft long-form hands-free.
No. Speech-to-text hands you a raw transcript. Sayona understands what you meant, drops the filler and false starts, follows instructions, and formats the result for wherever you're writing.
How is Sayona different from other voice tools?
Sayona is a voice writing tool, not just a transcriber. Unlike Grammarly (grammar checker), Google Voice Typing (raw dictation), or Otter (meeting transcription), Sayona writes what you meant from your spoken words. See our detailed comparison.
Which browsers will it work on?
Sayona is a Chrome extension that works on any site with a text field. More browsers are on the roadmap.
What languages can I speak?
It auto-detects your language and supports many, including English, Hindi, German, French, Spanish and more. You can also pick specific languages for extra accuracy.
Does it work if I speak in Hindi, Hinglish, or another language?
Yes. Speak however is most natural — mixed languages, accented English, partial sentences. Sayona understands context and produces clean, professional English output. Pro users can also choose a different output language.
Will it sound like me or like generic AI?
It's tuned to your platform, your profession, and your context. Add an 'About me' description and a personal dictionary — Sayona writes in your voice, not a generic one.
Do I need to change how I talk?
Not at all. Stumble, repeat, change your mind mid-sentence. Sayona is built for natural, messy speech and pulls out your final intent.
Is it live yet?
Yes. Sayona is live on the Chrome Web Store. Hit "Add to Chrome", pin the extension, sign in, and you can start dictating in any text field in about a minute.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Sayona is free to start — the Free plan gives you 50 transcriptions a month with no card required. Upgrade to Pro anytime for unlimited use.
Stop letting your writing undersell your thinking.
